Ben is the charity for the automotive industry. It supports people who work, or have worked, in the sector – and their families – through life's challenges, whether that's money worries, ill health, caring responsibilities or simply needing someone to talk to.

Over the past year, Ben has:

• Provided 7,048 instances of personalised support
• Responded to 14,377 enquiries
• Helped 1,605 people navigate financial challenges
• Awarded 573 grants to those facing hardship
